CLUB ROOM - A large informal room great for meetings, Parent and Tot groups or Children’s Birthday Parties. The YWCA Durham will provide the set-up to your requested specifications. Access to a small kitchen is included for your convenience. This room is located in the Ontario Early Years Centre  at 1 McGrigor  St.

GYMNASIUM - Consider our over-sized gymnasium with wood flooring and large stage complete with theatrical drapery and rear stage entrance for your next recital, audition site,  performance, fundraiser, banquet, indoor team practice, dance, tournament or birthday party.  Located in the Ontario Early Years Centre, at 1 McGrigor  St.

DRAWING ROOM - From casual to formal affairs, this beautiful room boasts a decorative hand-detailed marble fireplace, large bay window with tranquil view of courtyard, hardwood flooring, crown molding, and a gorgeous chandelier draped with shimmering crystals.  A built-in projector screen is provided free of charge. The Drawing Room is the perfect atmosphere for meetings, photos or any special event.  Located in our historic Adelaide House building at 33 McGrigor St.  75 Theatre Style

OAK ROOM - Wall to wall windows, rich and elegant dark oak paneling and intricate, decorative plaster ceiling adorn the historic Oak Room.  The perfect setting for all types of intimate gatherings, a great meeting space, breakout room or photography backdrop.  Located in the Adelaide House at 33 McGrigor St.  

25 – 30 table/chairs 
$60 per hour

THE STAIRCASE - The formal elegance of this grand wrought iron staircase greets you near the front entrance of the Adelaide House Mansion, ushering you back in time to a graceful period, showcasing detailed craftsmanship of days gone by.  The staircase continues to be a popular photography setting.
